The brief therapy model

We value our clients' time, and know that many people are struggling with a busy load.  Therefore taking time out to prioritise your relationship can be challenging. Our brief therapy model is a shorter-term approach. We focus more on the here and now, helping couples work towards meaningful change in a way that feels practical and achievable.
With targeted techniques designed to create positive change,  many couples find that they can make real progress in around 5-6 sessions.
