your needs
We’re passionate about helping our clients improve their wellbeing and their relationships with others.

Individual Counselling
Your wellbeing is our top priority. We take a client-centred, trauma informed and holistic approach to supporting you through your everyday life challenges. Our compassionate care revolves around empathy, understanding and genuine human connection.
Whether you're struggling with personal, professional, family or relationship challenges, we offer a safe and confidential space to allow you time to work through things at your own pace. We'll collaborate and support you to seek clarity, gain insight, develop personal awareness, and explore options that will help you move forward.
We want to acknowledge that your life has purpose, your story is important and your voice matters.

Couples & Marriage Counselling
Every relationship goes through challenges and tough life transitions. But when communication breaks down and resentment builds, or the same unresolved arguments are resurfacing without emotional repair, then it's time to seek help. Counselling assists couples to identify unhealthy patterns of communication that have them turning away from each other in hurt.
What would it be like if you could both learn how to:
- Break the cycle of unresolved conflict;
- Diffuse the frustration, anger and resentment;
- Communicate with more care and respect;
- Work through broken trust and betrayal;
- Heal emotional wounds and create emotional safety;
- Develop more closeness and intimacy;
- Bring harmony and fun back to the relationship.
Our Brief Therapy model is a short-term approach to relationship counselling, focused on achieving specific goals within a limited number of sessions. It differs from traditional, longer-term therapy by addressing present concerns and using targeted techniques to facilitate change in a relatively short period. On average couples attend between 5-8 sessions.
It's never too early to seek help for your relationship. Don’t push problems into the background and allow them to slowly build a rift between you that at some point may be too wide to recover. Our counselling gives couples the tools to engage more respectfully, so they can ultimately rebuild connection, trust and intimacy.
Prepare Enrich Program
The Prepare Enrich Program is one of the most highly researched assessment tools used for pre-engagement, pre-marital, pre-defacto, marriage or couples counselling. It starts with a personalised snapshot of your relationship by using a scientifically validated on-line questionnaire. Strength and growth areas are highlighted for you as a couple and discussed with your counsellor over six counselling sessions. Your counsellor helps you seek deeper understanding of each other while strengthening communication and connection. Build the insight, communication skills and confidence to start your next chapter on solid ground.
Discernment Counselling
This Program is for couples who are having relationship difficulties to the extent that one or both parties has ambivalence about the relationship continuing. Discernment counseling is a short-term process conducted over five sessions. The aim is to bring more clarity and confidence about a direction for the relationship, based on a deeper understanding of what’s happened to bring the relationship to this point. By the end, you and your partner can decide whether to maintain the status quo, or move towards separation or divorce, or commit to working on the relationship through couples counselling.

Family Counselling
Families face many challenges that can often lead to conflict and disconnection. There can be deep hurt when expectations aren't met and we feel let down. Our adult family counselling service provides a safe space for two or more members to speak openly, be heard, and to work through issues together.
If some family members decline an invitation to attend, others can still benefit, and even individual sessions can still offer a productive way forward.
Where family counselling includes children under 16, parents will be asked to attend an initial session without them.

Anger Management
Our personalised four-session Anger Management Program is psycho-educational and skills-based, and designed to help you understand and manage anger in a constructive way. If you're finding it hard to control outbursts or feel constantly on edge, this program can help.
Through our one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn how to:
- Develop emotional awareness through self reflection
- Identify personal triggers that can set up conflict
- Respond instead of react
- Turn aggressive responses into assertive ones
- Shift blame to personal responsibility.
Each session runs for 60 minutes and is tailored to your circumstances and needs. Make the decision to break the cycle and take the first step toward personal awareness, better self-control and stronger relationships.
