Our personalised Anger Management Program is psycho-educational and skills-based, designed to help you understand and manage anger in a constructive way. If you’re finding it hard to control outbursts or feel constantly on edge, this program is for you. Gain emotional awareness so you can communicate effectively and regain a sense of calm and control.
What anger management can help you with
Through our one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn how to identify and understand your emotions better, recognise your triggers, manage your emotions in the moment, and communicate them more calmly and effectively. We'll also help you develop strategies to repair your relationships impacted by anger, while building long-term emotional resilience.

Four tailored sessions
There are four anger management sessions in the program that run for 60 minutes each. These are tailored to your individual circumstances and needs. Your counsellor will work with you to focus on the issues that matter most, and develop ways to help you better understand what you're going through and helpful ways to move forward.
The pace and approach are designed to suit you, so every session is meaningful, supportive, and productive. You'll walk away with practical strategies to use immediately in all your relationships.
