Our personalised Anger Management Program is psycho-educational and skills-based, designed to help you understand and manage anger in a constructive way. If you’re finding it hard to control outbursts or feel constantly on edge, this program can help you develop healthier ways to manage your emotions, communicate effectively, and regain a sense of calm and control.

Through our one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn to recognise your triggers, manage your emotions in the moment, and communicate more calmly and effectively. We'll also explore healthy coping strategies, work on repairing relationships affected by anger, and build long-term emotional resilience.

Four tailored sessions.
Each anger management session runs for 60 minutes and is tailored to your individual circumstances and needs. Your counsellor will work with you to focus on the issues that matter most, and identify and explore common triggers. These might include stress at work, conflicts at home, feeling misunderstood, or frustration with daily pressures.
Whatever the case, you'll walk away with practical strategies to safely manage your reactions. The pace and approach are designed to suit you, so every session is meaningful, supportive, and productive.
